Psalm 19
1 The heavens declare the glory of God;
the skies proclaim the work of his hands.

Amos 5:8 Matariki

Kia īnoi tātou/Let us pray:
Thank you Lord for your amazing words out of your ancient Holy Book. How vividly these bring to our minds the fact that you were at the beginning of time and that all creation is under your authority.
Help us to spend time every day marvelling at what you have created, looking with our eyes, hearing with our ears, proclaiming your Love to others, raising our arms to praise you, and living our lives pleasing and glorifying you.
God Eternal, in whom we live and move and have our being, awaken us to your presence so that we may walk with you. Grant us reverence for all your creation, so that we may treat all our brothers and sisters with courtesy and living things with gentleness.
Hear us therefore as we pray for the life of the world, that every nation may seek the way that leads to peace, that human rights may be respected everywhere, and that the earth’s resources may be shared by all. God of Love you see all the suffering, injustice and misery which reign in this world, have pity we pray on what you have created, in your mercy look upon the poor in spirit, the sick, the oppressed, the destitute, and all who are heavy laden.
Fill our hearts with deep compassion and hasten the coming of the gifts of your Kingdom of justice and truth. May we understand the times we are in at present and walk in the way of obedience to the Spirit now and always. Amen.
May you be given wisdom for the eye of your soul, to see this beautiful time of harvesting of many souls for Christ.
May you have the commitment to harvest your life, to heal what has hurt you, to allow Jesus to come closer to you and become one with you. May you have great dignity in doing so.
May you have a sense of how free you are and the beauty that is within you. Above all may you be given the wonderful gift of meeting the Eternal Light.[1]
